At J.Klos Fine Jewelers, we understand that jewelry is more than simply a purchase—it often celebrates a special person, moment, or milestone. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your special purchase and feel comfortable choosing J.Klos Fine Jewelers.

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:

• Unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition
• Returned with all original packaging, certificates, grading reports, and accessories
• Inspected and approved by J.Klos Fine Jewelers

Nonreturnable Items

The following purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-designed or custom-manufactured jewelry
• Special-order merchandise
• Jewelry that has been sized, altered, engraved, or personalized
• Items damaged or showing signs of wear
• Clearance or merchandise marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Labor charges, repair charges, appraisal fees, and shipping charges.

Deposits and payments made toward custom designs and special orders are nonrefundable once design work, material ordering, or production has begun.

Online Purchases

Please contact J.Klos Fine Jewelers before returning an online purchase. Merchandise should be securely packaged and shipped fully insured with tracking. Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds will be processed after the merchandise has been received and inspected.

Diamond Certificates

Any diamond grading report or certificate provided with a purchase must accompany the returned merchandise. If it is missing, the cost of replacing the report may be deducted from the refund.

Gifts

Eligible gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser using the original form of payment.

Our Discretion

J.Klos Fine Jewelers reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the requirements above.
